Daniel Ekeroth steigt ein!

Die schwedische Crust-/D-Beat-Band MARTYRDÖD muss ein neues Mitglied bekannt geben. Wie es heute in eienr offiziellen Stellungnahme heißt, ist Gitarrist Pontus Redig nicht länger Teil der Band. Stattdessen wird ab sofort Bassist Tim die Sechssaitige bedienen, als Ersatz am Bass konnte die Band niemand geringeren als Daniel Ekeroth gewinnen. Ekeroth ist als Bassist von USURPRESS bekannt, darüber hinaus ist er Autor des Buches „Swedish Death Metal“. Unten findet ihr die Meldung im Originallaut.

MARTYRDÖD – Stellungnahme zum neuen Bandmitglied:

„New lineup! Pontus has come to the conclusion that he no longer can give Martyrdöd the time and dedication needed and has therefore decided to leave the band.

We’ve had a fantastic time together throughout the years and it’s with great sadness but of course no hard feelings we part ways. Tim will fill the spot and take on guitar duties leaving the bass for our new member. Please everybody, welcome Daniel Ekeroth!! Des Weiteren geben MARTYRDÖD bekannt, dass sie Ende Januar 2019 ins Studio Fredman gehen werden, um den Nachfolger des 2016er-Albums „List“ aufzunehmen. Die Veröffentlichung der Platte ist grob für Mai/Juni 2019 via Century Media Records geplant.
