The Halo Effect (englisch: Der Halo-Effekt) ist eine schwedische Melodic-Death-Metal-Band aus Göteborg, die aus gegenwärtigen wie ehemaligen Mitgliedern der Band In Flames besteht. Die Band gründete sich im Jahre 2021 und steht bei Nuclear Blast unter Vertrag. The Halo Effect haben bislang ein Studioalbum veröffentlicht. Der Bandname stammt von dem Lied „Halo Effect“, einem Titel der kanadischen Band Rush.
