Mortiis
... Aufbruchsstimmung!

Nach 3 Jahren Pause gibt es Nachschub aus dem Hause Mortiis. „The Grudge“ heißt der Banause und wird ab 13. September 04 erhältlich sein. Die Tracklist ist folgende: Broken Skin, Way Too Wicked, The Grudge, Decadent And Desperate, The Worst In Me, Gibber, Twist The Knife, The Loneliest Thing, Le Petit Cochon Sordide, Asthma (instrumental). Mortiis selbst sieht das neue Werk so: „Three years is a long time coming. I think every minute spent had its purpose and I think people will understand when they hear it.- this is the best Mortiis has done yet. It took me a year to form the band, then another year was taken up with rehearsing and touring, while the last was spent making the album. Then we got the opportunity to do the single, it was all last minute ,the conditions were insane as we had super strict deadlines to meet. The remixes for the single are wonderfully bizarre and way different from the originals.“ Für die ganz Eiligen wird es ab 16. August schon eine Singleauskupplung geben vom Song ‚The Grudge‘, welches die allererste Single der Band überhaupt ist. Auch auf Tour geht der Fledermausmensch, um sein Album zu promoten. Das Live-Line Up besteht aus Mortiis (Vocals, Synths, Programming, Sound Design), Levi Gawron, (Guitar), Asmund Sveinunggard (Guitar), Leo Troy (Drums) und wird sie zusammen mit Susperia durch halb Europa führen.
