Aufnahmen gelungen, Band wohlauf

Die finnischen Metal-Krieger TURISAS haben endlich ihr drittes Album fertig im Kasten. Die Aufnahmen fanden von März bis September im Sound Supreme Studio in Hämeenlinna, Finnland, statt, und abgemischt wurde die Scheibe in Jens Bogrens Fascination Street Studios in Örebro, Schweden. Das Album soll Anfang 2011 via Century Media Records erscheinen.

Dazu Frontmann Warlord Nygard: „After a 16-month break from touring, focusing fully on the work on our third album, I’m happy to tell you that we’re DONE! The workload has been enormous, and at times I’ve wished I’d known better, formed a punk rock band and kept things simple! But to achieve real progress, you really have to dig deep and see what you’re made of. Take bites so big, you almost choke. We’ve stayed true to our ideology of releasing music only when we have something new to come out with, not repeating ourselves or just copying what we’ve done in the past to feed the market.“
