Am 22. März 2005 wird das neue SIX FEET UNDER Album „13“ via Metal Blade erscheinen. Der „Bringer of Blood“-Nachfolger wurde in den Morrisound Studios aufgenommen und im Hit Factory in Florida abgemischt. Ein Original-Statement von Frontmann Chris Barnes zum neuen Album: „It’s full-on brutal death metal… I mean, heavy as fuck! This is the first CD I’ve done in a long time probably since ‚Maximum Violence‘ that I’m just freaking out on. I don’t know how we put this together, but we did and it’s really, really incredible.“
