DIMMU BORGIR-Gitarrist Silenoz gab folgendes Statement zu den Aktivitäten der Band ab: „We just got back from the festival tour we did. We had 4 shows in all, amongst them the Summer Breeze in Germany, Lowlands fest in Holland (about 65,000 people, must’ve been around 15,000 in our tent where PUDDLE OF MUDD played their set just before us…) and a Portuguese festival outside Braga, where SLIPKNOT were headlining above us on the bill. We also had a gig in Belgium, 1100 people sold out. So all in all it was a successful trip. We’re still working hard on new songs all the time and the process is going very well! We’re extremely enthusiastic about the new material, which, so far, can be described as somewhat of a mix between DIMMU’s old school sounding classic tunes and new militant death marches!!“
