Die britichen Doom Veteranen ELECTRIC WIZARD haben die Aufnahmen zu ihrem neuen Album „Witchcult Today“ beendet. Die CD enthält „eight tracks of mind-melting occult rock.“ Die LP wird darüberhinaus einen 20-minütigen epischen, von Orgelsounds begleiteten Song namens „Black Magic Rituals and Perversions“ enthalten.

Nach den Aufnahmen befragt antwortete die Band: „It’s totally authentic 60’s recording studio just like SABBATH would have recorded — absolutley no modern shit at all. It’s a real honor to be able to record here and to work with people who understand our sound and equipment.“
