metal.de präsentiert: Premiere des zweiten Songs vom neuen Album "Two Thrones"

Am 29. August erscheint mit „Two Thrones“ die neue Platte der dänischen Melodic Metaller MALRUN. Heute hat der Fünfer aus Århus die zweite Single-Auskopplung der neuen Scheibe veröffentlicht. Gemeinsam mit der Band präsentieren wir euch den Song „Cycle Of Abuse“:

Auf der Platte und im Video ist noch Jacob Løbner zu hören. Der Sänger hatte die Band jedoch Anfang Juni verlassen. Den Job hinter dem Mikro übernimmt künftig Nicklas Sonne.

Hier noch das offizielle Statement der Band zur Trennung:

„Although we are sad that Jacob isn’t part of MALRUN any longer, we are content that it is the best decision for everyone. The four of us are still driven by the passion and dream to break through and go out on the road as much as at all possible and look forward to seeing all of you on the road again soon!

We fully believe that this break will serve as a foundation on which we can build a great future in the new constellation. “Two Thrones” is still our baby and we will of course perform songs from all of our three MALRUN albums during concerts. However, we will strive to have some new music with Nicklas on vocals ready for you as soon as possible.
For now, we cannot wait to go on SummerBreeze in August with Nicklas in front, and we cannot wait ‘till we get some more shows in the calendar. We are not a second in doubt that we along with all of you will create fantastic experiences in the future!
