Auf der bandeigenen Homepage haben die Münsteraner MOURNING CARESS verkündet, dass Sänger Gerrit Mohr die Band verlassen hat. Sein Statement lautet wie folgt:

„This is it. I am out. It´s such a strange feeling, but it´s a well considered decision. I still love the band, the music and the insane boys – that´s for sure, but sometimes it´s necessary to draw the line. 15 years of friendship, joy, M.E.T.A.L., tragedy, madness, sadness and really bad jokes will forever be carved in my mind. Thank you for this.

One last time, from the bottom of my heart I scream: Up The Caress!!!
