Coverartwork zu „Great Is Our Sin“, dem sechsten Album von REVOCATION.

REVOCATION haben Details und einen ersten Song ihres am 22. Juli 2016 via Metal Blade erscheinenden Albums veröffentlicht. Dieses wird den Titel „Great Is Our Sin“ tragen, der einem Zitat Charles Darwins entlehnt ist:
„If the misery of the poor be caused not by the laws of nature, but by our institutions, great is our sin“.

Bandleader Davidson zufolge drehen sich sämtliche Songs um den Aberwitz der menschlichen Entwicklung:
„The concept revolves around the folly of man throughout the ages. Some themes come from historical references that are hundreds of years old, yet sadly these themes are still very relevant today due to mankind’s refusal to learn from the lessons history has taught us, time and time again.“, so der Sänger.
