Album und Video stehen an!

Die Schweden von NOCTURNAL RITES haben kürzlich die Arbeiten zum aktuellen Video für den Song „Avalon“ abgeschlossen. Weiterhin ließ die Band verlauten, dass der Schreibprozess für das neue Album mehr oder weniger flüssig von der Hand geht. In einem kurzen Statement hat sich Basser Nils Eriksson zu den Geschehnissen geäußert und Parallelen zu den Arbeiten einer Boy-Band gezogen.

Hier das original Statement von Nils Eriksson:

Hi all, we have finished shooting a video for the track „Avalon“ – our third clip off „New World Messiah“. It is being edited right now and we’ll try to get our hands on some scrren shots for you next week.

Songwriting is also moving along. Sometimes bumpy and annoying, sometimes pure joy – same as everytime. Would be nice to be in one of those boy bands that just choose their songs from a long list and then simply go and put their crap on tape. Well, maybe not… However, the new stuff we have written sounds great and I am sure both old and new fans will sing and dance to these tunes.
