BATTLE BEAST veröffentlichten bereits im Frühsommer ihre Single „The Last Goodbye“ als Teaser für das kommende Album (wir berichteten). Dieses nimmt nun konkretere Formen an. Der Titel der neuen Platte lautet „Steelbound“ und die Veröffentlichung ist für den 17. Oktober via Nuclear Blast Records angesetzt. Und während „The Last Goodbye“ die Traditionsfront noch etwas mehr bediente, scheint die neue Vorab-Single „Here We Are“ etwas moderner und leichter verdaulich herüber zu kommen.

Die Band selbst kommentiert:

[The song] captures that moment after the storm has passed — you’ve faced challenges, been tested, and somehow come through the other side a little stronger, a bit wiser, and perhaps a bit more grounded. Things might not have gone perfectly, but you’ve endured.
The song is a tribute to perseverance and resilience — to standing tall just the way you are, nothing more, nothing less.

Und so fühlt sich der Track auch an, etwas erhebender als „The Last Goodbye“. Aber seht und hört selbst:
