Das MEGADETH-Greatest Hits Album „Back to the Start“ wird ABC ePrep zufolge am 28. Juni veröffentlicht und folgende Tracks enthalten:

Die 17 Songs wurden von Fans auf der offiziellen MEGADETH-Website gewählt. Zusätzlich wird eine Special Edition mit einer DVD verfügbar sein, die neben dem Video zu „Kill The King“ sieben Live-Songs von der 1999er „Risk“-Tour und eine Preview zur im Herbst erscheinenden DVD „Arsenal of Megadeth“ enthalten wird:
