Manchmal kommen sie wieder. Manchmal geben sie auch erst im Alter richtig Gas: SUFFOCATION brüllen ab dem 15.2.2013 mit „Pinnacle of Bedlam“ alles nieder. Wenn die Platte nur halb so gut wird, wie das von Raymond Swanland beigesteuerte Cover, wird das neue Jahr ein gutes für den klassischen Death Metal.

Das neue Album wurde von der Band selbst produziert und zusammen mit Joe Concotta in den New Yorkern Full Force Studios aufgenommen. Um den Mix und das Mastering hat sich dieses Mal der berühmte Produzent und Techniker Zeuss (HATEBREED, ARSIS, SUICIDE SILENCE) gekümmert.
